{"id":5623,"date":"2025-01-09T14:54:13","date_gmt":"2025-01-09T13:54:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.snaterveneto.it\/?p=5623"},"modified":"2026-02-16T11:46:51","modified_gmt":"2026-02-16T10:46:51","slug":"permessi-a-recupero-grazie-a-snater-veneto-ripristinati-per-tutti","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.snaterveneto.it\/?p=5623","title":{"rendered":"PERMESSI A RECUPERO GRAZIE A SNATER VENETO RIPRISTINATI PER TUTTI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il comunicato sui Permessi a Recupero del 21 novembre 24 iniziava cos\u00ec:<strong> C\u2019\u00e8 voluto un anno ma <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">SNATER Veneto HA<\/span> FATTO GIUSTIZIA \u00a0(<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.snaterveneto.it\"><strong>www.snaterveneto.it<\/strong><\/a><strong>).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al lavoratore a cui un anno prima erano state sottratte illegittimamente in busta paga le 7h e 38 di permesso a recupero <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>\u00e8 stato restituito il maltolto<\/strong><\/span> (<strong>grazie al nostro intervento in ITL).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.snaterveneto.it\/?attachment_id=5615\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-5615\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-5615 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.snaterveneto.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/ITL.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"698\" height=\"173\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.snaterveneto.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/ITL.jpg 698w, https:\/\/www.snaterveneto.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/ITL-300x74.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 698px) 100vw, 698px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dopo il comunicato del 21 novembre, molte lavoratrici e lavoratori ci hanno segnalato la stessa ingiustizia (<strong>errata applicazione accordo 18 luglio 2019<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Abbiamo interagito con Relazioni Industriali Nord-Est di FiberCop affermando che non ci bastava la giustizia per il singolo evento<\/strong>. Avremo fatto un esposto per ogni nuovo caso segnalato. A cominciare da permessi richiesti appositamente dalle RSU SNATER VENETO.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.snaterveneto.it\/?attachment_id=5616\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-5616\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-5616 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.snaterveneto.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/snater_wa.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"280\" height=\"360\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.snaterveneto.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/snater_wa.jpg 280w, https:\/\/www.snaterveneto.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/snater_wa-233x300.jpg 233w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 280px) 100vw, 280px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Contestualmente abbiamo suggerito alle R.I. l\u2019adeguamento dei sistemi per la corretta applicazione di quanto scritto in Accordo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le Relazioni Industriali FiberCop, <strong>in discontinuit\u00e0 con il passato<\/strong>, <strong>hanno accolto il nostro suggerimento<\/strong>. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Ieri SNATER VENETO \u00e8 stato contattato dal Responsabile RI NE<\/strong><\/span>, e <strong>da febbraio p.v. ESS applicher\u00e0 il recupero in maniera corretta secondo quanto scritto in accordo. Per tutti.
